I would like to tell you a story of how we applied BPM to make a system to manage the interaction between people and the health system of Uruguay. This was achieved in just a few days to help decongest the call centers thus organizing the processing of probable cases of Covid-19: something that would not have been possible without the application of our low-code platform in addition to our BPM platform.
