To optimize its collection monitoring processes at its branches and headquarters, the company implemented a Web Monitoring application developed with GeneXus. This solution allowed them to automate field activity supervision, improve receipt management, and facilitate decision-making with precise analysis of branch performance.
 

The Challenge

The team of supervisors and managers at PT Mizuho Leasing Indonesia Tbk faced difficulties efficiently monitoring the activities of field collectors and managing the performance of branches. Conventional tools did not provide the visibility or control necessary to make timely and effective decisions. Therefore, they needed an integral, flexible, secure solution that could be easily integrated with existing databases.
 

The Solution

PT Mizuho Leasing Indonesia Tbk developed the "Web Monitoring" application with GeneXus. This solution not only allowed for real-time supervision of field collectors' activities but also provided a set of functionalities that optimized the organization's daily analysis and management.

The main features of the application include:
 
1. Field Collector Activity Monitoring
Real-time visualization of collectors' activities across various locations.
 
2.Performance Dashboard
Visualization of key performance indicators of the collectors at any given moment.
 
3.Receipt Cancellation Management
An automated system to review and approve receipt cancellation requests submitted by field collectors.
 
4.Receipt Reconciliation
A module for cashiers to reconcile money receipts from the collectors' billing activities.
 
5.Approval of Daily Reports (LKH)
Efficient management of the approval of daily work reports generated by collectors. In Indonesia, LKH (Laporan Kerja Harian) means "Daily Work Report" and refers to a document where employees must record and report the activities and tasks completed throughout the day. This report may include details such as time spent on each task, progress made, any issues encountered, and next steps. The LKH is a common tool for time management and productivity tracking, helping supervisors or managers monitor daily work progress.
 
6.Issuance of Vehicle Withdrawal Letters (SKT)
In Indonesia, SKT (Surat Keterangan Tarik) is an official document that means "Withdrawal Certification Letter" or "Withdrawal Certificate." This type of letter is generally issued to certify that a product, vehicle, or asset has been withdrawn from the system. In this case, based on the reports generated by the collectors through the application, the process of issuing vehicle withdrawal letters was automated, with online approvals visible and monitored by the headquarters.


 

Results

The development and implementation of the application were completed in just 6 months by a team consisting of 1 Web Developer and 1 Backend Developer, with the support of PT. BIG (Berjaya Inovasi Global), the official distributor of GeneXus in Indonesia.

As a result of the implementation, PT Mizuho Leasing Indonesia Tbk has achieved significant improvements, including:
