The WFMC (Workflow Management Coalition) is a group composed by companies, sellers, users' organizations and consultants with the aim of offering a 'common dialog'. This way, the different tools that are implemented in this area will be able to be communicated to be able to perform the different tasks involved in a Workflow system.
By joining the WFMC group, ARTech has the possibility of participating in the discussion to create a standard, accessing the creation standards' drafts, meetings, forums, as well as having access to information that allows it catching a glimpse of the perspectives of the future development.
Nowadays we are working on a standard in the exchange of processes' definition via XML, and GXFlow's development team is already working on that. This way, when the standard appears in the market GeneXus will have it implemented.
