This process started in March and the first cycle has now
been completed with a high level of response from our customers. Additionally,
the first iPod that was raffled among participants was won by José Ramón
González García from Condumex group.
Next Monday 27th March, ARTech Mexico will start the
second cycle of contacts with its community in Mexico, in order to continue the
survey to learn about their needs, requirements and satisfaction level in depth.
