GeneXus X Integration 90x90

GeneXus X Evolution 1 supports Windows 7

Windows 7 will be officially launched on October 22, and we have good news for the Community that uses both Windows and GeneXus.
Windows 7, according to its official blog, will be more focused on the performance of the operating system (that is, memory usage, use of CPU, disk reading and writing operations, start up, log off and sleep operations, base system performance, and use of the disk by part of the system). It will also include many updates, such as advances in speech recognition and touch and writing technology, support for virtual disks, enhanced performance in multi-core processors, better start up performance and core improvements.

For its part, Artech, together with the Microsoft team, has verified the correct operation of GeneXus X Evolution 1 under Windows 7, having successfully installed, used and uninstalled the software in the new version of the operating system.

In short, GeneXus Evolution 1 is a tool that can work in the new Microsoft operating system, Windows 7.
