October 18, 1999 – GeneXus inaugurates the JAVA Generator, a generator of applications in JAVA for the AS/400 and other platforms. GeneXus JAVA Generator allows distributing the code’s execution in multiple applications’ servers. It supports all the kinds of users’ interfaces and it is compatible with the communication’s protocols: CORBA, RMI and DCOM. The applications generated with this tool, automatically determine which the user’s environment is and it executes the code that best fits this environment.’
