The National Health Service of the Uruguayan Armed Forces has chosen GXportal for building its Hospital portal (www.dnsffaa.gub.uy). In less than 4 weeks, the site was posted on-line, enabling the entry of content and optimizing the use of the applications.
Another portal that has been launched recently is the Infamilia site (www.infamilia.gub.uy), a social assistance institution that was selected as executing organization by the Ministry of Social Development of Uruguay. The membership to this institution meant several challenges, as they explain themselves: “This change implied a new management and organization phase in which Infamilia intends to work by giving priority to the specific needs of the actors, strengthening the support of action lines and ensuring the interinstitutional capacities are well established in the coexecuting organizations that work alongside the Program”.
