New user control for Twitter :: Tweet Button in your objects

To embed the Tweet Button in your objects, download the user control from www.gallery.genexus.com
Tweet Button is available for the Community at gallery.genexus.com and can be used with GeneXus X Evolution 1.

The advantage of this new user control is that it allows us to see the number of times that we have tweeted a certain link or text.

How is it used? It’s this simple:

Once the user control has been included in our application, when sending a tweet we should indicate the information below:

url: url that we will tweet
title: text to include with the url
count: we can specify if we want the tweet counter and its alignment; possible values: [horizontal, vertical, none]
via: we can indicate if we are retweeting something that we read from another user, such as @cimasan
button_text: text to include in the tweet button
lang: language in which the button’s text will be displayed
