KO1 (pronounced "kah-oh-oon-oh") has been conceived as a knowledge organizer, thus its name: Knowledge Organizer 1.
KO1 is software that makes it possible to systematize unstructured multimedia information handled on a daily basis. This kind of information is called "unstructured information" because it cannot be organized in rows and columns, or included in previously defined forms. Unstructured information can account for up to 95% of the information that is handled in learning, creation, and management processes.
KO1 helps process and exploit unstructured multimedia information. The system provides rigorous and natural methods for helping users in their intellectual processes. This software uses Artificial Intelligence concepts and techniques.
