ISO Enterprise Informática, NewTech's GeneXus subdistributor in Brazil, has focused on the development and commercialization of ISO Gesac for six years. ISO Gesac is a CRM solution developed with GeneXus.

ISO Enterprise Informatica's headquarters are located in Curitiba, Paraná state (Brazil). The company has worked on platform migration for eight years and on ISO Gesac's development and commercialization for six years. ISO Gesac is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution developed with GeneXus, with 43 installations in Brazil, Argentina, and Chile.

ISO Gesac is a tool for managing information developed with GeneXus 7.5 (2,000 objects) that evaluates different entities -clients, consumers, competitors, partners- through several contact channels: call centers (voice, chat, e-mail, letter, fax ), web (pages or portals), and external channels (business, technical assistance, points of sale, sales force).

ISO Gesac's clients operate in different sectors -food, medicine-hospital, shoes, clothing, finance, furniture industry, technical support- and most of them are located in southern Brazil.

Duas Rodas (Argentine and Chile), Rudnick, Cremer, O Boticário, Marisol, CNH Capital (Banco Case New Holland), and K&S Cell Services are some of its clients.

The product is available in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and has integrated into its modules CTI telephony (Computer Telephony Integration), Workflow technology, and other ARTech tools such as GXPortal, for the development of corporate portals, GXplorer OLAP (Datawarehousing), and GXQuery for performing dynamic queries in operational databases.
