The agreement between Conrad and Datalogic includes
purchasing the GIRH system (Integral Human Resource Management, in Spanish) in
order to optimize management in this area.
The system will be installed on a SQL Database server, in
a Windows 2000 environment.
The software includes the following features: Functional
Record, Performance Evaluation, Training Planning and Impact Assessment, Key
Players' Satisfaction Assessment, Recruiting and Selection Processes,
Acknowledgement System, Induction and Payroll Management.
Conrad Resort & Casino Punta del Este has 1,300
employees, on an annual average, distributed in eight different departments with
43 key sectors within the organization.
