The system developed performs the entire control of
students who passed the entrance examination to the University of the state of
Rio Grande do Sul (UERGS).
The client/server application comprises the whole
process from candidate enrolment to the sorting of candidates by school,
automatic allocation to classrooms, and the printing and scanning of answer
sheets.
After answer sheets are graded, candidates are sorted by score
according to the vacancies defined by the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The system
also provides statistical data to be analyzed by the state government.
The
system was developed by Collaborativa Informática and Vera Lúcia Bianchi Ltda.
with GeneXus, generated in VFP and uses SQL Server 7.0.
