| The most important event of the GeneXus Community will offer various activities such as training workshops and opportunities for interaction with the development team of the tools that make development tasks with GeneXus even easier. |
K2B Tools 4.0, which is aimed at making the creation and conversion of web applications with GeneXus even more productive, brings new features such as the new Web Panel Builder and K2BAudit pattern.
It is now possible to generate 100% of an application's Web Panels, because the Web Panel Builder provides a design method that is much simpler than the one applied to the creation of Web Forms in GeneXus. This is due to the higher level components that are defined in Web Panels, such as filters, actions, grids and separators, among others.
In addition, thanks to the new K2BAudit tool, K2B Tools now provides audit functionality at the DBMS level in a transparent way regarding the application. This tool was available for GeneXus 9 and now it's also available for GeneXus X and GeneXus X Evolution 1. What's more, besides MySQL support it also includes Oracle and SQL Server, and the new extension mechanism provides audit features for new DBMS.

During the XIX GeneXus International Meeting, K2B Tools 4.0 will be released at the presentation "K2B Tools 4.0: productivity at 100%." The presentation titled "Productive and Reliable, User-friendly and Creative… myth or reality?" will provide an introduction to K2B Tools, the way it operates and its main advantages.
In addition, two open talks will be held: “Talking technology with K2B Tools" will be aimed at giving the users' community an opportunity to interact with the development team; while "Discussing business opportunities with K2B Tools" will be focused on business and address the possibility of becoming sales agents.
Lastly, two training workshops will be given free of charge for participants to learn how to use K2B Tools when developing with GeneXus. Participants from abroad will be able to attend on Thursday, September 17 and those who live in Uruguay will have the chance to attend on Tuesday, September 22.
