Version 2.0 of the Community Wiki introduces a new look & feel adding -among other things- new tabs, a more relevant page title, new types of pages as User and Video, a new category tool bar (allowing to add a category to a page without having to edit it), and a new tab showing all categories, sub-categories and pages in a tree design.
Nicolás Jodal, Artech Vice President, was in charge of reorganizing the whole Knowledge Base with regard to the Wiki previous version.
But the new Wiki is more than just a “pretty face”. It adds new characteristics, using many GeneXus X functionalities such as the Data Providers, Data Selectors, User Controls, Full Text Search in applications, use of external object (native and Web Service), Patterns, etc. Now, with a simple double click you can edit a page; improvements were made to the Search Box, allowing to make advanced searches, and edition shortcuts (Ctrl+B for works in bold, for example) are available.
