The solution was programmed based on an "ideal" model for Human Resources designed by Franklin Covey Uruguay. It is Web-based and consists of capturing in a system the best HR practices internationally accepted. It covers various areas ranging from staff recruiting, induction, training, performance evaluation, organizational environment, career plan, and social audit.
GeneXus made it possible to generate the Web system in a rather short time, adding the possibility to start by generating .NET without losing the option of generating Java in the future. GeneXus X Java and K2B Tools were also used.
