Cancellation Process
You can request the cancellation of your subscription at any time by sending an email to sales@genexus.com with the subject "Cancellation Request." Please include the following details in your message:
- Your full name
- Subscription or invoice number
- Reason for the cancellation
Refunds
If your cancellation request is approved, you may receive a refund according to the following criteria:
- Cancellations during the subscription period: Customers may request the cancellation of services at any time through the cancellation process. Once the cancellation request is approved, it will take effect at the beginning of the following calendar month, and a refund will be issued for the remaining period, excluding administrative fees or payment processing charges. No refund will be issued for the period already elapsed.
- Partial refunds: If there is a justified reason for early cancellation (such as unresolved severe technical issues), we reserve the right to issue partial refunds at our discretion.
- Processing time: UOnce the refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 calendar days after the cancellation confirmation and will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Delivery and Access Policy
- Access to digital products: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to GeneXus products and services. If you encounter any issues accessing the products, please contact us within 5 days after the purchase. Access suspension: In case of subscription cancellation, access to GeneXus services will be suspended at the end of the current billing cycle, with no additional cost.

Additional Terms
- Transaction fees: Payment processing fees resulting from refunds may, in some cases, be deducted from the refund amount. We will notify you if applicable.
