ARTech Mexico interviews customers

With the purpose of getting closer to our community in Mexico, we are currently developing a series of satisfaction surveys aimed at improving the products and services we offer our customers.

This process started in March and the first cycle has now been completed with a high level of response from our customers. Additionally, the first iPod that was raffled among participants was won by José Ramón González García from Condumex group.

Next Monday 27th March, ARTech Mexico will start the second cycle of contacts with its community in Mexico, in order to continue the survey to learn about their needs, requirements and satisfaction level in depth. Contacts will be made by e-mail.
