| InterGroup Consultores has started distributing its SVT AdminG system in the mexican market |

Based on an agreement with ARTech of Mexico, InterGroup
Consultores has already installed SVT AdminG system in a company connected to
the oil industry, and arrangements are currently underway to perform further
installations on the short term, announced Ney Benavides, of Intergroup
Consultores.
