K2B Tools will introduce Upgrade 1 to version 5.0, which improves productivity and positions K2B Tools as an essential tool when it comes to building more efficient applications at a lower cost. |
The XX GeneXus Meeting will be held in Montevideo on September 13-15. This is one of the main technology and business events in the region, where K2B Tools will be introducing its Upgrade 1 to version 5.0 compatible with GeneXus X Ev1 Upgrade 3. The tool is currently being used in over 50 projects in different countries throughout Latin America. Federico Dominioni, K2B Technical Manager, explained, “Productivity improvement is really substantial; up to 300 functional points per person per month have been reached in various projects, which explains why this new development paradigm based on patterns signals a turning point in application development.”
Together with the release of K2B Tools 5.0 Upgrade 1, different conferences will be held where the tool will be introduced to those who don't know it yet, future prospects will be discussed, the impact of an application’s design on its success will be examined, and the tool's new functionalities allowing for the automatic generation of Audits for GeneXus applications will be introduced.
There will also be a specific K2B Tools lab so that participants may learn how to use the tool and experience the benefits it offers. In addition, there will be chances to talk about technology and discuss the K2B Tools experience. Dominioni added, “You’re all invited to ‘Talking about K2B Tools,’ where we’ll be discussing how K2B Tools can help develop applications swiftly.” Together with these activities, there will be games with interesting prizes such as K2B Tools licenses for one year.
