Launching of GeneXus Extranet for customers

ARTech offers more information and new resources to Customers and business partners (Distributors, Sales Agents, Solution Partners) through the new GeneXus Extranet portal.

GeneXus Extranet was developed with GXportal 4.2 and offers a range of benefits for GeneXus customers and business partners as well as a careful design oriented to improve usability.

GeneXus Extranet, https://www.genexusnet.com, is accessed with the username and password of the GeneXus customer and/or business partner who may choose to view the information in Spanish, English or Portuguese.

In particular, among other developments, Customers may use the Customer Directory, as well as the Issue Tracking access through this portal.

The new Customer Directory application grants special level access to contact administrators of each company, who may, for example:

1- Enter, Delete and Modify company contacts information.
2 -Modify the basic data of their company (address, telephones, email, etc.)
3 -Administer Roles assigned in the company, and the applications to which they have access rights.
4- Establish access exceptions at contact level.

On the other hand, ARTech's online support service, Issue Tracking, which was formerly accessed from ARTech technical site, may now be accessed from GeneXus Extranet. Issue Tracking improves reported incidents (IT) management operation and offers more possibilities to GeneXus customers. For example, it enables customers to delegate an incident (IT) to another person in the company, or several technicians of the company may contribute to a single IT.

These are some of the benefits GeneXus customers currently receive through GeneXus Extranet. Enter, use these resources and expect more: services to the community through GeneXus Extranet will be increased shortly.
