Procwork has seven branches in the Brazilian and American market (Procwork USA), 2,000 collaborators, more than 350 clients, and an annual turnover of R$ 146 million (2002).

Procwork was founded in 1989 to serve the financial market, and by 1993 it was the leading systems developer in this sector with more than 500 consultants. 
In 1995, the company developed a vertical segmentation of the business and founded Aspen Procwork, which focused on the installation of SAP systems. This is how Procwork Dealer, Procwork Software, Procwork Outsourcing, Procwork CRM, Procwork TecnologĂ­a, etc. came to be. Simultaneously, the company started expanding its presence and set up a new branch, Procwork Rio, in 1997.
Today, the company has seven branches in the Brazilian and American markets (Procwork USA), 2,000 collaborators, more than 350 clients and an annual turnover of R$ 146 million (2002). Procwork leads the Brazilian market of SAP R/3 installations. Its software factory, which has already obtained the ISO 9001 quality certification, is in the final phase required for obtaining the CMM-2 certification.
